Rival Components joined the Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDR) organization for their World Premier of the Wyoming BDR Expedition Documentary Film at Blackmore Ranch in Murrieta, CA. The Wyoming Backcountry Discovery Route (WYBDR) is a 1,000 mile, multi-day off-payment ride for adventure and dual-sport motorcycles. A max capacity crowd sat down to enjoy a feature length documentary of the BDR team riding the maiden run on the route that took over a year to map out. For more information on BDR goto ridebdr.com.
Before the premiere guest were treated to food, drinks and an opportunity to talk to the vendors exhibiting at the event. Rival Components was in attendance displaying our BMW F850GS, Yamaha Tenere 700 and our newly acquired Husqvarna Norden 901. The BMW and Yamaha featured our upper and lower crash bars, skid plate and foot pegs. The Norden 901 has a set of our black anodized foot pegs. We are currently working on developing more parts for the Norden, including a skid plate and crash bars.
