Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rival Components.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we accept exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days from shipping date.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Only undamaged merchandise will be accepted. Package items carefully in protective materials before returning them. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged
Original packaging and same condition as sold – original boxes, hardware, packaging material, and instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, but we will do our best to work with you to insure that we meet your expectations.

We cannot be held responsible for good damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty
Rival Components warrants that this product carries a warranty for 1 year form date of purchase against original defects in material and workmanship. Should this product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, Rival Components will repair or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, the retail purchaser must send the product with proof of purchase to:
